RESQ-MOLD
This moldable product is made of a silicone rubber composition to which a special component has been mixed. The product remains flexible and moldable at temperatures up to 110°C. In terms of processing, it can be compared to modeling clay.
 Once the desired size / shape is achieved, the material
can be heated with a heat gun or in an oven.
CAUTION: DO NOT use an open flame!! At a temperature of at least 130°C, the built-in special
component will react to the heat allowing the silicone
rubber to cure and get its solid final shape.
O-ring made from ResQ-mold
During the curing proces the shape of the model WILL NOT change.
The material is resistant to all fuels, oil and many chemicals, making it an excellent replacement for defective O-rings in vehicles, engines and machines.
Also other rubber spare parts can be re-engineered with ResQ-mold. |
Once cured ResQ-mold will remain its final state indefinitely. |
